Good room...... Electronic key problem
The room itself was good but THE KEY DID NOT WORK. SO MANY TIMES, I HAD TO GO DOWNSTAIRS TO GET A NEW KEY...check with the front desk. Just imagine I was not properly dressed and had to get back to my room quickly...awwww. I ended up getting another room BUT STILL SAME ISSUE

Last resort if needed.
Cleanliness is not on their top priority, the grounds have trash all over land scape is overgrown and covers sidewalk. Pool looks “clean” but not worth trying it. Rooms were ok, things were broken, missing or not working. Not worth what I paid for it.

They will not clean your room apparently only if asked. I even had to ask for hand soap! Every time I left my room I saw trash piled in front of other rooms which would stay there for several hours if not overnight. Staff was friendly, just not accommodating.
