Golf Cottage / The Pump House Water Park
We were only there one night (Golf Cottages), have no major complains! The only disappointment was that no soap was privided, which we discovered after my son used the toilet! Luckily, I had packed some! When I called the front desk, I was told they do not provide it. Other than that, the place was clean and comfortable :)! The Pump House Water Park was great. We were there on a Friday, when most kids were in school. No lines, and place was as clean as a water park could possibly be!

Nice stay, very busy resort. Food was okay at Howie's & service was nice. Front desk at Stateside was very pleasant & helpful. Shuttle service was great. Spa services ok, and the employees super sweet.

The overall stay was great. However, the service in every facility we went to was horrible. We ate at three different restaurants at Jay Peak and every single time the service was extremely slow and the servers/bartenders just didn't seem like they wanted to be there. We ate at one restaurant twice thinking it may have been the breakfast waitress/timing but it wasn't, it happened again when we went in for drinks/appetizers at a different time with different waitresses/bartenders. It wasn't even busy and at one point we were the only ones in the dining room. In addition, we had dinner with a big group of us at a later time and it took 45+ minutes to get drinks. I completely understand the group size plays a factor in this but from my experience, usually 2 or more servers are put on a large table (15 or more people) and this did not happen. Overall, pleased with the hotel/experience but completely unsatisfied with the hotel restaurant service.
