Great value hotel in a nice location
The hotel is very easy to find and there is ample parking. There was a friendly greeting from the owner and he showed me where the room was. The room was very comfortable, twin beds and I had a great sleep! TV was good and the shower was very good. Set in a semi-rural location so it's very peaceful. A great value hotel, I would definitely stay again.

Reasonable eclectic hotel and restaurant
Okay place, comfortable room, free bottled water, Tv, etc (and great bathroom towels :-) … no complaints about the place. However... when booking (I was parked on the motorway searching for a place "en route"), the app. said this place was 7.2 kms away. It was in fact 44kms and a major detour. Distance as the crow flies is hardly relevant to us earth bound mortals... if I had not booked and being unable to cancel I would have chosen another more convenient to my journey

Avoid this Hotel
Awful hotel. Not clean no air con, so it was so hot. couldn't sleep. needed to leave early but all doors were locked couldn't get out. I think its kinda fire hazard. If hotel has fire no-one could get out. All signs were (written only) in german. I wouldn't stay here again. The Wifi code what they gave us didn't work. couldn't find it by the name...didn't exist

A different expeience.
We had a confirmation letter from Hotels.com but on arrival the guy at reception said there was no record of the booking.We were told how lucky we were as there was a spare room. There were a lot of flies in the hotel and we later discovered that this was probably due to the hotel keeping at least 20 rabbits in a pen outside the resturant/reception area.Internet connection was poor, and in areas non existent.Staff were helpful.Breakfast was very good quality and plentiful.
