We did not like our stay at all, and complained several times but nothing was done for us. We decided to leave the hotel earlier and have requested a refund. Room was not cleaned properly, shower did not work right and light was not working inside shower. Air conditioning made noises the entire time and dirt came out of the vent. Wifi did not work at all during our stay. Parking was really bad even though they charge R$30 daily. Baby crib requested did not have higher levels so we could not use it for our 7mo baby, overall a really negative experience and the hotel did nothing to change this unfortunately.
