This property probably damaged from flood and you can still see the mold and moisture effect. Couldn’t even sleep because of the smell. Cockroaches everywhere. Motel management didn’t even clean the ashtray from the previous guest.

The manager needs to have basic knowledge of her town to advise guests from outside of Lismore, there needs to be an ice tray in the freezer with some water in it, when the breakfast and evening meals advertised are not available they need to advise hotels.com else they are making false promises, and they need to ensure that there is not an ash tray full of butts on the table outside my room
