July Stay
It was during a Garth Brook visit and lots of people were checking in at the same time. We waited in line then was moved to another line for check in, then waited in line for the elevator, then when we did get to our room the keyfob did not work. My daughter waited on the elevator and went down while I waited at the door with the luggage. The 2nd cleaning person was able to open the door for me and my daughter returned with Michael with maintenance. Michael changed the locks but it still did not work. Michael brought someone else to repair the door but that did not fix it either. Michael was fantastic but having to make 5 trips and never being able to access the door was unacceptable. Having 2 separate hotels together made check-in and check-out very confusing since the same person moved locations. Otherwise I would have been very pleased with our stay because of the easy access to the concert.

Close to stadiums. Accommodating staff
The whole staff was super friendly. We were served alcohol in line while we were waiting to check in. There was an issue with the bill, and the managers were super helpful and resolved it. The room was very comfortable and clean. The lobby bar was awesome!! Best lemondrop shots ever! We were in town for a concert at Bank of America stadium, and it's about a mile walk.

Awful- do not stay here
It was awful, hour wait to checkin - given a 2 double beds instead of a king. Then we were fooor 17 under fooor 18 club bar. Awful. The elevators also don’t work properly.

Long checkin line
Beware of checkin. I had to wait an hour in line because they only had a few people checking in.

Okay Trip
The hotel is nice, but my room had some issues. There was banged up furniture, and the view was of the rooftop, in which we could see buckets, and trash. The main issue I had with the whole trip was the fact that I paid for parking twice. The parking charge was added to my bill, and then my room key did not work at the gate, so I had to pay twice. Parking is super expensive anyways.
