Get what you pay for
Nice room for the price, but the pub was closed till 12 so we couldn’t have breakfast, drink or even check out at the designated time of 10…. Luckily the cleaner was around to give the keys to. Overall you get what you pay for and the pub is half decent when open

Felt unsafe
Not everything fault of hotel however; electric hot water tap in bathroom spewing water, empty air freshner ledt plugged in. Would you put a lone female traveller on ground fllor with patio windows if other rooms available? No food available. Residents above extrenely bad banging shouting very very loudly throughout night. Shouting outside at 1am, thought a fight was going to start felt very scared and vulnerable on ground floor. Would NOT recommend if lone traveller. Needed a safe place as mum had just passed away, this place not ot.
