Worn down resort with good location and staff
Stayed 4 nights in Kata beach Palmery resort. Location is good, but facilities are worn down and not matching the star rating. Would need some serious make up in the rooms

Great room location. Friendly staff amazing place. 10min walk to the beach but hire a scooter from the place directly outside and all will be well

Room is clean and spacious . Relax atmosphere overall convenient to do massage just walking outside the hotel by 1 mins. Air conditioning not cold enough at 4107（side ) At 4103 ( middle) is cold enough.

Pleasant stay.. good hotel.. location not great
1 room had a rat problem.. They did change the room but I'm surprised that it wasnt looked into by housekeeping whilst cleaning. The front desk staff barring 1 didn't give a hospitable or comfortable feel in their mannerisms of speaking with guests. The hotel and rooms were good.. but nothing within walking distance though in terms of restaurants or shopping but that's a location issue.. And I must thank hotels.com for the upgrade.
