Park Suites Element , Toronto
Love the location of this condo.Easy to get to,and within walking distance of downtown Toronto amenities. The condo itself lacked in cleanliness and quantity of bedding and towels. With only one key and an automatic door opener that did not work, it was a major inconvenience.

Weird condo in great location
I'd read the reviews before booking, so I knew going in that this wasn't a full-service hotel. So my expectations were already low. However, they managed to be even worse than I expected. Here's why: 1) Put me in another building at 373 Front St W, and only notified me the day before; 2) Only gave 1 set of keys when I repeatedly asked for 2 sets over email & phone, both before and during my stay; 3) as another reviewer has said, the furniture looked like it was bought from a garage sale; 4) sheets were clean, but the bathroom floor was dirty & someone had used the toilet & hand soap before we got there because the wrappers were off; 5) central air was either too hot or too cold, and it blew in my face while sleeping; 6) they slipped a check-out notice under our door saying we had to check out 1 day before our actual check-out day (they admitted their mistake, but the notice made us nervous all night); 7) the building was having water shut-offs by floor - luckily we checked out the day before the water was supposed to shut off on our floor, but it could easily have gone another way since I doubt the management is conscientious about such things; 8) the oven light turned on by itself and it took forever to figure out how to shut it off. In general, it was just a weird condo! In spite of the great location, I won't be staying here again.

Terrible service, weird condo, great location
I'd read the reviews before booking, so I knew going in that this wasn't a full-service hotel, but rather more like an AirBnB. So my expectations were already low. However, they managed to be even worse than I expected anyway. Here's why: 1) Put me in another building at 373 Front St W, and only notified me the day before; 2) Only gave 1 set of keys when I repeatedly asked for 2 sets over email & phone (left vmail AND talked to an actual person), both before and during my stay; 3) as another reviewer has said, the furniture looked like it was bought from a garage sale; 4) sheets were clean, but the bathroom floor was dirty & someone had used the toilet & hand soap before we got there because the wrappers were off; 5) central air was either too hot or too cold, and it blew in my face while sleeping; 6) they screwed up & slipped a check-out notice under our door saying we had to check out 1 day before our actual check-out day (they admitted their mistake, but the notice made us nervous all night); 7) the building was having water shut-offs by floor - luckily we checked out the day before the water was supposed to shut off on our floor, but it could easily have gone another way since I highly doubt the management is conscientious about such things; 8) the oven light turned on by itself and it took forever to figure out how to shut it off - in general, it was just a weird condo! In spite of the great location, I won't be staying here again.

Don't Do It!!!
My ratings are a substitute for "Not Applicable". Our stay did not happen because our reservation was canceled, unbeknownst to us. Now we are nearly 300 miles from home with no place to stay. All reasonably priced hotels were full. Continuous calling into the owner/operator’s voice mail netted no return calls for two hours. He finally called back while we’re in queue for our first film at TIFF, though by that time we found a new place to stay. The owner said that our unit was "flooded" and was canceled. Hotels.com, aka Tasha, graciously rescued us at a higher price hotel at their expense since they held some responsibility in advertising and reserving Park Suites. I called Park Suites days earlier, per the reservation sheet, and per some negative online reviews regarding lack of response and delays getting keys to units, leaving my cell number to solidify our stay. I wanted to be sure to head off delays so I left my cell number. No response. Did my calling ahead, concern for a problem-free stay shoot myself in the foot. A gracious owner operator would provide assurances that arrival would be problem-free. Or, that they found us another hotel. Also, this is not a hotel. It is similar to a condo arrangement where Park Suites is basically units in 'A' building. The security desk only has a phone number to the gentleman owner operator for the units. Reserve at your own risk. And read all reviews before reserving.

Do Not Book This!!! Horrible place!!!
I booked this place for a trip to Toronto with my son to catch the Blue Jays vs the Red Sox series. It says that you are booking 20 Blue Jay Way and shows pictures of an great room and states there is a pool and sauna. First off after booking it states that you do not get charged until check in. Well I got charged 14 days before my check in. Upon arriving at 20 Blue Jay Way, I proceed to check in at a SECURITY desk. And check in involves them giving me an envelope with a room key and remote oh and by the way your not actually staying at 20 Blue Jay Way, your in the less than luxurious 373 Front street building. When we arrived at 3:30 which was after the stated check in time, the room wasn't ready and we were told it would be another hour. So we parked our car in the garage with the provided parking pass that we were charged extra for. There was not a pool or sauna even on grounds. When leaving, we retrieved our car and found three tickets from security. After asking security how they could tickets us when they gave us the parking pass, security became hostile and started yelling at us, stating we shouldn't have even been renting out this unit because its not available for rent and that we should have booked a real hotel not one off of hotels.com. They said the units are privately owned and are being rented out on hotels.com as hotels when in fact there is no front desk. What really upset me was that I booked 20 Blue Jay Way and was sent to a much dirtier place. How can you charge me for what I didn't get. I called hotels.com and they can't refund me because its a private company. Please spare yourself the aggravation and book a more reputable hotel, The Renaissance is less then 500 feet from this rip off!!!!!
