Expensive but good location and service
We've stayed for few days, getting there was easy. The good thing is the location with plenty of pubs and restaurants in the street and around. Close to all the main most sees of Rome, in walking distance. The bad thing is that this is an old building and there's a restaurant downstairs, so expect noise until around 1am, even while the sound-proof window is shut, you may suffer from noises from downstairs. My suggestion - join the party.

Nightmare! Stay away from this place
I booked 4 nights at this B&B for August 26th. Unpon arrival the neighborhood felt unsafe but beyond that the courtyard of the building was fillied with garbage. The puctures on this site are NOT representive of the property!! Stay away! I took pictures. Wish I could share.

Great location, very private apartment
Everything was great except for the beds. Our second bed was a sofa fold out, and extremely lumpy. The queen bed was hard and the pillows harder. Liked the small apartment, and having a kitchen was great. Neighborhood is terrific, convenient to everything. Bathroom has a large antique tub and a shower. Air conditioning worked well, best wifi of our trip.

FANTASTIC HOSPITALITY! near the must see sights
My stay at Urbana 33 was wonderful from the moment we arrived. We were met by the lovely Maria who was so welcoming and acted as a personal tourist information officer for us providing us with a map and locating all the must see sights as well as necessary buses etc. The room was beautiful, modern decor with a homely feel and was immactulatly clean. On check out there was no problem to store our luggage until the evening so that we did not have to cart them around with us. As well as this Urbana is located in an excellent spot. Just off Via Cavour which takes 5 minutes to walk to the Roman Forum and Colosseum and on the same Street is a metro stop ensuring all the main attractions are within minutes of reaching. What I was most impressed with was the kind nature of Maria the housekeeper but also the owner Orizio. I left my passport in the hotel and only realised when I was at the airport. He was easily contactable and was so accomodating in insuring that he would send my passport to me express post so that it would arrive to me the next day as I had to take another flight. Such a lovely man that could not have helped me anymore in my state of panic. From the moment we entered Urbana 33 to the moment we left we had a great experience. 5 stars for Urbana 33 from me for hospitality, friendliness, location and cleanliness. Definitly would recommend this guest house and looking forward to returning here on my next visit to Roma.

Great room but not on Via Urbana!
Lovely room but it's not on the Via Urbana!! We were in the "annexe" which is a 10 minute walk away (fine in the evenings but not when you have three bags to carry). What Hotels.com fails to tell you is that you will get an email from the owner the morning of your arrival asking what time you will be checking in - I missed this so can't say whether we would have been told to go to the right address. OK, gripe over. The room itself (we had the studio with the little kitchen up the stairs, the black bedspread and red bathroom) was great - everything we could have wanted for a weekend, and having a fridge to put a couple of beers and a bottle of Prosecco in was just lovely. It's also handy for the main railway station (if you're coming in from Fiumicino on the train - just a 5 minute walk down Via Cavour. The area itself is good - kind of shabby chic but lots of fun - plenty of locals in the restaurants and bars back on Via Urbana. I'd happily spend a weekend just hanging out here, so good were the restaurants we ate in on Via Urbana and Via Capocci.
