Very small room, which you can clearly see in the pictures. The hotel is very well located.

Not bad
Was in a great spot a little pricey and you can hear everything in other rooms but you are in the middle of everything and walking distance.

Small room; great, central place to crash
The room had a few minor cleanliness issues- no visible dirt just a few crumbs left unswept and a hair in the bedding. The soaps in the shower seemed used or refilled to me. And because the room is so small (which didn't bother me), the bed is very close to the door- so hallway noise is very noticeable. Bar was terrific but- note to the manager- the music was so loud that the speakers were distorting. In such a small space, it is not necessary to blare music that loud (and no I am not an old curmudgeon). Also, there is no parking at this location. In general this is a pleasant boutique hotel with great proximity to culture and downtown entertainment!

Nice Place! Close to the action on Queen Street W
The Beverley was nice. We last stayed there two years ago. There was a change in ownership during that time. The room is still the same "cozy" setup. The check in location has been moved from the second floor to the main floor - more logical setup. The staff is as friendly as before! Nice rooftop lounge - it's amazing how they make use of such a narrow building!

The Beverly was amazing. The morning staff & restaurant staff are super friendly & all around fantastic. The rooftop bar is a perfect place to grab a drink or snack before hitting the town.
