Ballet is near!
My second stay at this hotel. Why? Walking distance from the Four Seasons Center, the Staff is super friendly, the hotel is priced right,, clean, comfort, nice tapa bar on premises.

Comfy stay despite small room
A boutique hotel in the heart of Toronto's downtown, the Beverley Hotel trades tiny rooms for a high quality hotel at a reasonable price. Room was immaculate and bed firm and comfy. Staff pleasant and helpful. This was my second visit. Free wifi. Nice touches such as tablet in room to browse internet, robes, and umbrellas.

Good if you just need the basics
Hotel and room are nice and cozy. Great location in downtown Toronto. The walls are thin though and I had a really loud nieghbor one of the nights well into the early morning. Room for the most part was clean though there was a bit of mold and grime build up in the shower tiles and corners. Would stay again if by myself and the room was at a good discount.

Great location, great staff, clean rooms. The only downside is the tiny rooms and tiny beds, but for the location, it's doable.

Excellent location in the middle of it all! Extremely clean and updated room with a good tv that displayed all regular channels. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was small, but we knew that when we reserved it and it was fine for us because we were busy sightseeing most of the time. Only 2 negatives: temperature and roof top bar. Air conditioning thermostat was not adjustable and it got warm at times. While it was usually comfortable, we did have to sleep with no blankets and still woke up hot in the middle of the night. As for the roof top bar, it was always closing early. On yelp, it says that they close at 12am and there’s a sign outside of the hotel that says they close at 2am. We tried to go one time at 10:30 pm and another time at 10:00 pm and was told each time that they were closing down for the night. Very disappointed with that since the roof top bar was one of the reasons why I chose this hotel...thinking it would’ve been a nice place to unwind each night after a long day of sightseeing. Overall...still a good hotel.

Terrible first night
The first night started out okay, the room looked clean and orderly and it was quiet and comfortable. However, upon getting ready to go to sleep, I had noticed multiple stains on the comforter and did not end up using it. It sat on the floor until the next morning. Also, there were some construction projects that seemed to be a noise issue. There was a gentleman changing the storefront sign, with was not too much of an issue. Around 10 PM, there was someone in the hallway that was installing signage and was not being very quiet. This would have been fine if it were earlier in the day, but NOT after 8 PM.
