I'd recommend it but could use some improvements
The staff that checked us in were very accommodating and helped us get a room early since we were the 1st ones to arrive in the morning. We had an early flight. The room was what was advertised, it was a 2bed apartment style which was bigger than we needed but great! Would have been nice for a longer stay because the kitchen was stocked with appliances and utensils. It was clean with some wear & tear here & there. The air conditioning didn't really work so the room was pretty warm, it just blew out air which helped a little. They give you a number to contact if no one is at the front desk, but it never worked when we called. The security guards were able to help us with those questions but it was a little inconvenient not having someone at the desk & a number that no one answered. Check out was quick & easy but they say it's at 10am & you will get charged $50 late checkout. So we went down right at 10am & we arrived before any staff did, also a little frustrating if 10am is a required check out.

Almost too good to be true
I hesitate to publicize what a tremendous value this is for people who want a place to stay and cook for themselves just a block from Millenium Park. The two bedroom place we stayed enabled privacy for two couples and the common TV space with couches and the kitchen appointments allowed for wonderfully comfortable social time. The view was great and the process of getting in and out was better than advertised. Loved this visit.

Great if you just need a Flop House
Me and a few friends (all out of town) needed a place to converge and hold our fantasy football draft so we needed lots of rooms for beds, space to hold the draft (dudes with laptops, reliable access to wifi, and a kitchen area to make lots of drinks. I chose this room because it had 3 separate bedrooms and a separate living space. But I also chose it because it was advertised as being 1300+ square feet. No way. No more than 800' but probably even less like 650'. The room was very worn and not particularly clean. Fine for a flop house for a bunch of dudes but if you're coming here for a vacation with your family or girlfriend, you'll be disappointed. No daily housekeeping service which was fine for us. The pre cleaning wasn't all that great. When I close the bedroom door, it exposed a thick layer of dust and crud behind the door. Also, since there was no daily service, there was an insufficient number of towels given the likelihood of multiple guests. Two bathrooms. Was surprised by the 10am checkout as well as the $25 fee if you lost one of those cheep magnetic key cards (like the ones you never turn in at any other hotel). The staff in the lobby were just going through the motions...no real customer service. When we checked out, they weren't even there. Had to give our keys to the security guard. Definitely no the Taj...something more along the lines of a big hostel, with separate rooms. The price is excellent compared to everything else?
