We booked this hotel specifically for the swimming pools advertised. We wanted our teenage children to have pool time before spending the second half of our holiday in Prague. The hotel advertises 4 pools, waterslide, indoor pool and waterpark (surcharge for the waterpark access). What is NOT made clear is that access to any of the pools is via the waterpark. We had to pay £73 for a 90 minute slot for 5 of us to access a swimming pool! The hotel website and the entrance to the hotel advertises free access to the aquapark. Other websites may have different deals. We arrived at the hotel at 8.15pm to be told that the restaurant closed at 8.30pm. The staff took full payment for a buffet style menu to be told 10 minutes later to hurry up. The food is very basic and we did not bother eating our evening meal there again. There are some good restaurants a 10 minute walk away although they all seem to stop serving food by 8.30pm.

Food is Good, Reception is terrible
The Hotel is largely OK, but there was no AirCon in the room. The room was mostly clean, but the wall had pencil drawing which no-one bothered to clean up. The worst part of the stay was the Reception: they were just incompetent and little understanding of English. German was a bit better. The food on the other hand was good, both the breakfast and we payed extra for the dinner. The Aquapark and wellness was not included and even if I booked through through there website it would be 2H in the morning. So be prepared to spend around 60EUR for a family pass for a day in the Aquapark.

I paid a price! Expensive for a room with entrance to the water park and tent hotel received only the reservation not included. Water park and the only one that has to pay twice for the water park I tried to call the site of hotels on the phone did not answer really disappointing asking for compensation for payment at the entrance to the water park

Exceptional sauna world, but beware of restaurant
We stayed just one night for our short ski holiday. Excepionally sauna world!! Very clean room, while bathroom needs update. Beautifull coridors. The only, but crucial problem was dinner. The dinner room is very big and ordinary when you compare it with the rest of the beautiful hotel. The choice was offered between buffet dinner and a la carte. In the menu only few meat was offered. My choice of salmon was excellent, while pork steak was really bad... It spoiled our evening, and we aviod the restaurant next time. But the sauna world is really excellent and worthy to enjoy.
