Hotel was in a good location in the old quarter. Staff were helpful and eager to please. Hotel rooms were very clean and had what we needed. Hotel was a bit tired and in need of an upgrade. Pictures of breakfast were a bit misleading and whilst ok, not a feast as it looked like. Hotel was totally fine for a one night stay as a base when we were out and about in Hanoi but if staying longer would go to a hotel with more facilities that was more modern.

The breakfast buffet is great; the eggs and pho must be ordered and are quickly brought to the table. Every day has a different kind of fruit. The front desk staff members were very helpful whenever we asked questions. The bellhop man always helped open the door with a smile and shook my hand. He is very polite.
