Excellent economy hotel in Seoul
The location was perfect for the job interview I had. There are also plenty of places nearby to get anything you need. The staff was as helpful as a staff can be, and this is where this hotel really shines. The staff speak English, and are extremely eager to help with any guest concerns that come up. My only issue was the bed. The comforter was too warm, so I woke up sweating and had to use the A/C despite the cool weather. There was no sheet to use without the comforter. Also, the pillows are too big, as in too high off the mattress and strained my neck. Overall, for the price, it was a very good experience, however, and I will stay there again. Next time I'll bring up the bedding issue and I'm sure the stellar staff will resolve it!

Happy tourist
Very good location. Very close to the subway, palaces, Insadong,... I like the fact that they contacted me one or two days in advance to give me instructions from the airport. Very cost effective.

Great location!!
The location is really convenient. It's just meters away from the bus stop from Incheon Airport, exit15 of Jongno 3 (sam)-ga, which has access to 3 major subway lines and a block away from Euljiro 3 (sam)-ga. It is short walking distance to Jongmyo Shrine, Insadong (then you can walk through it to Gyeongbokgung Palace, Bukchon Hanok VIllage, Samcheongdong or Changdeokgung Palace), Gwangjang Market (then you can extend it to Dongdaemun), Cheonggyecheon Stream, Myeongdong Cathedral (then extend it to Myeongdong/Lotte Dept Store/Namdaemun Market/City Hall). It is a great jump-off point to several tourist attractions in Seoul. Jongno 3 is a block away from Tapgol Park (pick-up point of bus straight to Nami Island). Coming from their location saved us a good amount of subway fare. Another good point is their free breakfast. There were eggs that you can cook to your liking, bread, jam, cereals, milk, fruit juice and brewed coffee. Food in Seoul ain't cheap, and not having to spend for it for 6 days is surely welcome in my book. Their staff members are all nice and speak good English, so communication was not an issue. Also, in contrary to what some have experienced, we had no bed bug encounter at all. The only downside for us, which may not necessarily be an issue for others, is the size of their room, though we kinda got used to it after a few days. Also, we're only able to change the TV channel in the first 2 days, then we're stuck with 1 Korean channel with repetitive shows.

Short stay during Autumn for sightseeing
Very friendly staff, great neighborhood walking distance to many sights. Simple but ample breakfast of steamed rice and dumplings plus DIY eggs and toast. Basin leak was fixed promptly after notifying staff. Mattress was very firm, mosquitoes kept getting into room and construction was occurring next door so we didn't sleep well. Lots of cable channels in room including English language movies and news. Decent value for money overall.
