Good rooms, good area, mediocre service
My room was well appointed. Area is nice with shops and restaurants just steps away from the hotel. Housekeeping and breakfast service are a disappointment. One day I left the hotel at 7.30am and returned at 3.30pm just to find my room exactly as It was in the morning. Nobody from the housekeeping staff cared to clean my room. I complained and was told 'someone will be there in a minute' but a minute turned out to be 50 minutes. Finally my room was cleaned at 5.00pm. At breakfast, they ran out of eggs, so I asked the waiter for 2 sunnyside eggs cooked to order. Again, the waiter said "sure" and kept me waiting for 30 minutes until I decided to leave and have breakfast someplace else.
