Location was great. but the room was so small.... IF YOU ARE BIGGER THAT 5.5 AND 140LB, AVOID THIS ROOM. the shower was 2X2, I had a hard time washing my hair, without banging my elbow everywhere. But the hotel was near the train station which was very convenient.

Good hotel, good location
Excellent staff Keep in mind the neighborhood around the Termini is known to be pretty sketchy. But if that doesnt bother you and you want immediate access to the train station and Metro and many important sites.. Then this is pretty much the best location you could ask for. The hotel itself is a solid 3 star hotel, and I would recommend it.

A good deal, but no air conditioning
The room was clean, the price was great, and the hotel was very close to the Termini (i.e., great for catching an early morning train). Due to the heat wave in Rome during my visit, it was very hot in my room. When I mentioned that they should service the air conditioner in my room at checkout, the person at the front desk said that the whole hotel's air conditioning was down. For me, it was pretty uncomfortable sleeping that evening. I'd recommend the hotel anytime from Sept-May but might think twice about staying there in the summer.

Was bumped- never stayed
I would have loved to review this hotel, but we were bumped to another hotel at the last minute due to plumbing issues. The hotel we were bumped to wasn't as modern/nice as the hotel we booked *or as the pictures depict it* so that was a bit of a bummer.

Good location and helpful staff
Good location near the train station and metro. Staff was very helpful and provided insightful information about the Rome. The wifi worked well and it was nice to have a light breakfast each morning.
