Lobby of this hotel is grand. Room was decent! Restaurant has delicious food at reasonable price. Staff is very courteous. Near Blue Line MRT. Bangkok is big so nothing is near but MRT makes it manageable. I only dislike that they are taking 14 days to a month to refund my deposit.

Was little bit disappointed when checking out, our breakfast box was not available. Was told I didn’t order it. I told the guy when I checked in that I need to check out at 5am when I leave and he said we will have 2 breakfast box for us to eat on the way to airport because we already paid for them
