Noisy but good service and clean
Good location, hotel is bear bones but has good service and concept. Gym noise affected overall quality of sleep in my case (2nd floor). Area is good if you plan to do business in Santa Fe Area.

not a good experience. won't stay here again
poor check in service. 1st room had short circuits that affected air conditioning. I had to go downstairs 3 times to finally get maintenance to convince them to change my room. Each time that I called the Front desk, they either didn't answer the phone or it was busy. cost me over 90 minutes to resolve and multiple elevator trips up and down. price is fine but there are much better options in Santa fe with reasonable rates. I travel 25 to 30 times a year so I know the market and what a business guy requires from a no frills biz friendly hotel. I will not stay here again.

Decent hotel, but very cold.
The hotel was good for the price. It was clean, located well, decent complimentary breakfast, good food to order, and friendly front desk; however, the weather there was pretty raining and in the mid-60s and we could not find any way to heat the room, so it was frigid and very had to sleep at night.
