Generally happy with the hotel location, service, etc. However the one thing that spoiled my stay was that the hotel didn't provide a floor or hand towels. No floor towel means a wet and messy bathroom floor. Housekeepers were no where to be seen. We shouldn't have to ask for floor or hand towels.
