The property was in a great location with easy walking to all areas of old Prague and the Prague Castle. The only problem was the noise at night from the beer tasting area below the windows. As it was hot and no air conditioning you had to have the windows open.

Great property in a perfect location. No AC and there is a popular bar on the ground floor with bunch of outside tables. This place is noisy way after midnight especially on Friday and Saturday. So when it’s hot you really want to keep the windows open, but there is no way to sleep like that. This said, the widows are great and if you keep them closed it’s very quiet inside.

The location is superb. Close to Charles Bridge but away from the noise, hustle and bustle. The rooms were spacious (I stayed in George, #6, and my friends were in Victor, #8) and very clean. My friends counted stairs from the lobby to their bed, around 130. No lift. But the charm #8 had certainly made up for the aerobic workout. My only issue was the “new” espresso machine that no one knew how to use for the length of my stay. The office employees said it’s new, we don’t know. If it’s a new machine there obviously was an owners manual one would think! Finally my last day, a young lady helped me. Wonder where she was all week?!?! I certainly wouldn’t distract someone from staying here because of the espresso machine, it’s a great place and I’m sure the employees will know how to operate it (or better yet) provide directions for the guests.
