A place to sleep comfortably enough
Upon arrival our room was "upgraded" to a larger one. It still wasn't very large, but it was OK. The bathroom door hinges were bent out of shape, and the door would drag along the floor and completely stop, leaving a rather slim entrance to the bathroom. The AC also was noisy, but did its job.

Very Clean & Polite Motel
It's definitely a motel and looks like a motel, but the rooms were extremely clean, even the floor, which was tile and not the typical grungy carpeting you usually see in motels and the gentleman (Tony) who runs the place obviously cares very much about providing excellent customer service. The A/C does take a while to cool the room, so my suggestion is that if you check in on a hot day, turn on the A/C before you go out to eat and your room will be cool when you get back. The bathroom in our room was recently redone, which was nice, and the neighborhood is near museums, shopping, and many different restaurants. Tony will give you recommendations, directions, and maps, if you ask.

Not bad for the price..
Hey, not a bad hotel for the price. Overall, alright place. Management was extremely accomodating and nice. Excellent for one or two nights while passing by.

Perfectly fine for the price
When the hotels downtown were booked, we tried this place. For the price, it was fine: clean room, small but nice bathrooms, comfortable enough bed, air conditioning that worked. Obviously it's a few miles from downtown, especially by taxi. And like many motels, there are bright lights outside each room were not totally blocked out by the curtains. The neighbourhood has quite a few breakfast and fast food options, and close to two strip clubs.
