Unfortunately very disappointed by the hotel. Let me be clear, the personel at the desk is very very nice and the woman working was very helpful. However, when you get the most expensive room in the hotel, you don’t expect to find old blood stain on the bed duvet ( didn’t even tell them because found it at 3am and too hot sleep with it anyway and stayed 1 night). Almost zero service at all, all the light bulbs in the terrace are broken, nothing inside the room fridge, breakfast items missing, come on can’t they just go get some salmon that i ordered the night before to the the whole penthouse floor customer? Anyway very disappointing and def not worth the money even if the hotel is beautiful, the 1 persone who works there too... wish I had a more pleasant experience especially it was my anniversary with partner and they knew that.

Quite spacious for nyc. Location was excellent in the heart of soho. Service was excellent and facilities were clean. Free breakfast was a plus! The steep front stairs and the lack of a place for cars to pull up was the only negative. Parking structure/lot within few blocks.

Fantastic small, intimate and charming hotel.Like being in a small Paris hotel but you’re in the heart of NYC. Rooms are very small but they make it up in the ambience, location and friendly staff. Breakfast is also fab. You’re in NY: you’re not going to spend much time in room anyway. Rooms are super clean, modern and nicely appointed. Definitely recommend this highly.
