Great hotel, very quiet area, which was great as Istanbul is completely bonkers with traffic’s noise and people. Only complaint was the room smelt very damp and this transferred itself to our clothing. Apart from the dampness it’s a cracking place to stay.

This is a budget hotel in a back street area. That said it is perfect for exploring Istanbul 5mins walk to the Blue Mosque. The roof terrace has spectacular views and great to relax on after a hard day being a tourist. The rooms are basic but clean. Feels a bit like a hostel but how much time are you gonna spend there in this fabulous city. It dose feel a bit odd as the streets around it seem a bit run down and it’s not easy to find. But I would really recommend this as a great base to explore Istanbul and sleep.
