The property is simple but nice, staff is friendly. But they double booked the same room and we paid more and got the cheapest room available, I asked for a refund for the difference in price for the room but was denied was offered to cancel my booking or stay in the room, they did offer another room but not the one we paid for. They claimed the information about which room we paid for wasn't available to them, but later they agreed it was a mistake. But never refunded the difference which would be £17. We only got the room we booked on the 2nd and last day of our stay.

Quarto bom, bem grande e arrumado! Frigobar bem antigo, não gelava direito! Piscina super suja! Água estava fosca! Parecia estar sem cuidado a um bom tempo! Café da manhã muito fraco! Poucas opções! Particularmente pousada com um espaço enorme e pouco explorado! Grande potencial para dar certo! Sabendo da situação que está hoje não volto tão cedo! Mais tem tudo para dar certo! É só trabalhar e fazer dar certo! Pois nãos fotos ela é linda e funcional mais não é o que você tem ao chegar!

Pousada precisa de mais limpeza
O local é agradável, porém a limpeza não é das melhores, o banheiro não estava com cheiro bom, o chuveiro estava vazando, o quarto tinha muito mosquito e gongolo morto no chão, parece que não tinham varrido há algum tempo. O local que servrm as refeições tb não estavam limpos, eu reparei que a pessoa que limpava as mesas jogava farelos de resto de comida no chão e no outro dia quando fui tomar café novamente os mesmos farelos continuaram lá, ou seja, o salão do refeitório não foi varrido. A pousada só precisa ter um pouco mais de assepsia.

Boa, mas tem que melhorar!
Pra ser justo, foi razoável! Pontos positivos: localização, recepção, garagem, piscina, rua tranquila, lugar silencioso, espaço amplo e arborizado, chuveiro bom e cama boa! Pontos negativos: Café com poucas opções, faltou pão de queijo e opções para hóspedes com restrições calóricas, pouca opção de frutas! Fiquei no quarto 16 com janelas sem cortinas o que deixa o quarto com muita luz à noite toda, atrapalhou meu sono. Reclamei na recepção mas não conseguiram resolver e nem me trocaram de quarto! Descarga do vaso não funcionava direito, falta de acessórios básicos no banheiro para pendurar toalhas pra secar, um caos!

Fiquei muito insatisfeita, pois fiz um upgrade na hospedagem para mais uma pessoa e foi cobrado um valor muito alto. Além disso, o ar condicionado não funcionou em momento nenhum. Paguei por algo que não usei. Não recomendo em nada esse hotel.
