Very Good
Good hotel, but poor value for money
Great service, but I was a little underwhelmed by the room. The rain shower is fancy, but there is no bathtub. The tea and coffee options were very budget.

This is not a 5 stars Hotel. It's more like 3 star
This hotel is not a high teach hotel compares to Le Meridien Hotel. Both hotels are on District 1 of Sai Gon. Pullman needs to upgrade the window shading. I had to do it manually for me to be able to close the window shade which i dislike about it. But for Le meridien hitel, all i have to do is click on a button, and it will close the window shade. By the way, please upgrade the TV and TV channels please. The pictures look so blury. I feel like I'm living in the 80s. What i like Pullman Hotel is the bathtub. It us a huge bathtub. Overall, I'll not stay at this 5 stars hotel again. My room is a deluxe room. I got a free upgrade to a deluxe room. Anyways, this is not a 5 stars hotel, it's more like 3 stars Hotel. :|

Fair
Horrible stay
11.00 for mini bar - ONE BOTTLE of WATER - They charged your credit card - and then they wont refund until weeks - they said it is because of the bank - Scam - never will go there again

5 Stars But Quirky
The Pullman is an extremely clean, professional hotel with an interesting personality. Perhaps because it was built on an odd-shaped lot, architecturally it is more interesting than a typical glossy new hotel (it's about four years old but is in immaculate condition). At the same time, it's right around the corner from Bui Vien Street, so this is not the hotel for a family. Back to architecture: the room I was in was a corner room with views of the city in two directions. I was high enough (floor 10) not to hear too much construction noise from the adjacent subway project. The room had angles that made it important to leave a light on at night. You could easily walk into the half-way hanging from the ceiling that surrounded the bathtub, for instance. Every time I got up from the round table that was meant to serve as one's laptop desk, I hit the lamp hanging over my head. The interior designer for this particular room must have been an intern. There were two single beds and almost no way to walk around either. So a lovely room in theory and a nutty room in practice with almost nowhere to store clothes. I just left everything that wouldn't hang in the suitcases.
