Mouldy smelling room
The room smelt strongly of mould. The description also claimed the room had a separate bedroom. According to the bland staff there are no rooms in the hotel with separate bedroom and the advertising is false. They did not offer to change our room due to the unbearable mouldy smell and showed very little interest in our genuine complaint.

Pre New year’s stay!
A lovely stay. Alfonso was delightful. Genuinely lovely chap who aimed to please. The rooftop bar staff during my stay were great too! Room was spacious although the throw cushions needed a wash! Otherwise all was clean. I think the design of the hallway would be better if it adopted one design - classic would work. Location - perfect!
