My room was the last room on the 9th floor where you couldn’t see anything because the theme in yhe hotel is to be darker than normal. Room was really small, and employees were kind of bossy, except yhe people at the restaurant who were extremely nice!

Hotel is located in a nice neighbourhood, rooms are fine but a bit ‘over-engineered’. Why do I need a remote control to shut the curtains and an app to call reception? Breakfast was good, but we were asked at least 5 times each meal how everything was - could we scan a qr code to review them on google and mention servers by name. The service itself was good, but this was so irritating by the last day we just had a Quico coffee and left. And then there’s the request for a ‘voluntary’ tip at the breakfast buffet which is the first time we’ve seen that anywhere in the world. Overall - there are better hotels in Bogotá, but our stay wasn’t unpleasant.
