Friendly B & B
This was a last minute booking on my part, and they were very welcoming and accommodating upon our arrival. The village was quaint, the people friendly, and the area beautiful. Should you need any suggestions on places to visit, whether near or far, they can probably help you out. And if they haven't traveled to where you're going, chances are pretty good one of the pub patrons have been there and will give you suggestions.

Location in village was ideal. For a five night stay, room wasn't serviced again till after the third night, complimentary milk and tea were not renewed. Free breakfasts were to be included but after the first morning the dining room was all locked up the following three mornings at the time I was told was the breakfast time. I didn't bother trying after that. I was quoted GBP275 by but was charged GBP280.

A little bit of Yorkshire darn sarf.
What a great place. A little bit of Yorkshire in Newmarket (Exning). Comfortable room, great service and a fantastic breakfast in the morning. Good place for a drink, all the staff and locals a sound helpful people. Can't praise it enough 👏👏👏👏

Despite having confirmation of booking well in advance we were obviously not expected resulting in a poor start to the stay. Cramped room with poor light. Good breakfast but not asked our preferences. Poor value for money.
