Room was very spacious. No A/C but it was not required when we were there. Kitchen was cute but with no dishes or utensils. Only the minimum number of towels was provided. Great staff and laundry service on site.

Go next door instead. Too expensive here.
Very expensive for what it old apartment bldg from the 50's. No amenities, at this price point its a pass next time.

The Mayfair was great: good location, very comfy beds, nice staff, and nice large rooms. We'll be back there in future trips to Victoria.

Suprisingly nice.
The only issue we had with this motel was the location - which I realize is out of the owner/managements control. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, looked newly remodelled. Couldn't ask for better. The location was off a busy road, the view was ugly, and I thought traffic noises would be worse than they actually were - but it wasn't bad. Not the touristy part of town, but probably much quieter than there considering it was St. Patrick's day. Since we weren't there as tourists it was fine and permitted us to get to our appointments easily and quickly without the tourist crowds. I was concerned about parking my car in this part of town, but there was a much nicer car than mine in the parking lot and both were undisturbed. Only in Victoria!
