Delirio, Cartagena
Rooms too small. Nothing like Internet pictures. Breakfast lacked variety and service. Reception staff friendly but area looked very unprofessional. Lobby looks terrible. The worst was last day there were insects all over the walls in the room. Bathroom and room definitely needs updating. Excellent location. Close to everything.

Nice stay
The hotel is very well located and very clean. Our room was very small but comfortable and clean. The receptionist Bernardo was very helpful and very nice.

Great location but needs some TLC
The hotel looks like it had a nice refresh about 10 years ago and it wasn't always kept up to par. Cons: The toilet seat was loose and almost falling off, shows a lack of caring, the free wifi was nice to have but very slow. The bed was the worst part, it was rock solid, and I like a firm bed, but this was beyond uncomfortable. There was an air conditioner in the room which was nice, but it was so loud and made a noise like running water all night. The pros: the main guy at the front desk Bernard was great and welcoming, the bellman was also very kind. The free breakfast was really nice as well. It seems with some upkeep and new mattresses it would be worth the price.
