Disappointing Stay
I have stayed at many APA hotels and this one was disappointing. The Front desk staff barely speaks English. The breakfast is Japanese style which may not be suitable for Westerners. The breakfast staff did not show up for 6:30am and we had to wait until 7:30am until they were ready, not good for us as we had an appointment. Overall the rooms are very small, not good if you have 2 suitcases. In the future I would stay at a different hotel.

Awsome hotel a stones throw from Tokyo Station.
The hotel was good. The room was small by US standards, but I liked it. Size was not an issue since I was out and about all day, and used it only for sleeping and taking a shower. Staff was friendly and took care of one allergy issue I had. All in all, I can recommend this hotel, and if I get to go back, I will stay there again.
