my room has stains on the wall and the bathroom door. there is only one elevator. there are 2 sets of washer and dryers if you need to do laundry. requires 100yen coins and includes detergent with fabric softener per signage on the machine. near tokyo metro line station and ~12min walk to tokyo station.

Conveniently Located
APA Hotel Ginza-Kyobashi is conveniently located within a 12-minute walk from the main Tokyo train station. It's also located very close to both the Kyobashi (G10) and the Takaracho (A12) Metro stations (on two different lines) so getting to other places were very easy. The staff was attentive and helpful; however, the room was extremely small, especially for two people. There was only one elevator so sometimes it took awhile for it to arrive. There was a self-serve washer and dryer which I used. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel was very nice although small. The customer service and cleanliness was excellent. The Japanese Nationalist literature in the room was a bit odd though. I would suggest leaving politics out of the hotel business.
