Very Good 8.0
Nice for a short stay. Very convenient location!
Compared to the 2 other APA hotels we stayed on our trip in Japan this was a fantastic location, however a but more outdated than the others. The tub/shower was almost exactly the same but we found that the design on the back of the tub in this location allowed a lot of water to collect and pour down on to the floor. We had to put towels there to stop it. Also unlike the other 2 we didn't receive 2 water bottles/ day here. The people we very nice and the room was clean. Rooms at all APAs I have stayed in are very tiny, this location included! Tight quarters for 2 people, but we made it work because they are affordable and clean.

Good 6.0
Location was note bad, but rooms are tiny. I had two twin beds pushed together and had to use one of them to put my large suitcase on because of limited room space. Breakfast is a small selection, there are better options in the area. Overall it was ok.

Good 6.0
Good hotel for the price, but with drawbacks.
We got into this hotel for about $60/night. Semi-double bed was small for two average sized Americans, but not too small. Single elevator for 11 floors was annoying. Dryer in the laundry room did not work at all. You have to ask for fluffy pillows, otherwise you get these flat things that I've never seen in a hotel in Japan before. Otherwise, the location was amazing. Right next to two major subway lines, a 10-15 min walk from Tokyo station, and plenty of cafe's/conbini nearby! Room and bathroom were clean. Check-in and check-out were painless. Tip for Japan hotels in general (including this one), don't go to the breakfast places in the hotels. They are generally overpriced and the quality isn't great. You can get better, cheaper food less than a block away at any conbini.

Exceptional 10.0
Very nice, and pleasant stay.
Very comfortable stay here for two nights in Tokyo. Close to Tokyo station, and easy (but maybe a little longer walk) to Ginza and other areas. I do not speak Japanese and the Hotel staff was very kind and accommodating.
