Nice room, friendly staff
If you understand that you are in Italy and do not go in expecting to have all the conveniences of American hotels then you will be more than happy with these accommodations. The room was very large. It had sliding doors to provide privacy between the bedroom, the sofa bed, and the bathroom. The bathroom had a jacuzzi tub, small shower, small sink, toilet, and bidet. The room was very well decorated with two closets for hanging clothes, a safe, mini fridge, TV, sofa bed, queen size bed, toiletries, hair dryer, plenty of towels, free wifi, coffee making supplies. The room was cleaned daily. The office staff speaks English very well and was extremely accommodating. The location is within easy walking distance to the metro and Termini train station. You need to understand that in Italy you are not going to have 24/7 front desk coverage, however, they do provide you with information on how to contact someone if you need to after hours. They are quick to respond. We had an issue with the electricity going out and the mini fridge not working all the time. I sent an email while out on our tour for the day and it was fixed before we got back. There is a small elevator that will hold three people or one person and two suitcases. The rooms are on the fourth floor. My family enjoyed our stay here.

Clean but extra $ for after 8pm check in
The place is clean and well kept. I would stay here again, but I would like to clarify a few items: there is no airport shuttle. The description on hotels.com is misleading. The front desk will arrange a car service for you if you request at a cost of €65. The place was hard to find. No signage, no lights, just a non -descript wooden door. We booked a room with 2 singles. We got a room with a double and what looked like a cot/ single sofa bed. I felt a little cheated as we were also charged extra for checking in after 8pm. No leeway. No extra services provided. It was very clean and modern inside and the people running the place were friendly. I would stay again, but only if the description were made more accurate.

Rome @41
Pietr Paulo assisted greatly with check-in. Room was clean and spacious; local area was quiet and safe. Elevator is super tiny, but that shouldn't really affect consideration. Door was a challenge at times. Overall nice stay - I would recommend

Only annoying thing is the complexities associated with the check-in process. But the rest is really great.

Great room
The room and bathroom were very nice and clean. The hotel location is close to the train station but a little far from everything. We did walk everywhere so it was doable. Breakfast is just okay. I would recommend this hotel.
