Very Good 8.0
Quiet location with few restaurants. Rooms were quite large but with light blankets. Desk was only opened from 10 to 6. However, the desk was very helpful. We would stay there again if we visited Rome.

Fine nice and clean sufficient for a couple nights
Nice and fine stay affordable but not luxury for Americans. It’s sufficient at best. The air conditioning didn’t work (even with the windows closed as promised). We lucked out that it was cool in 60s at night. The chapel bell was directly across the street from our window and rang very loudly, had to keep the windows closed. The classic 1927 elevator got stuck, well the outer door on fourth floor once. Paid and reserved a triple room only got a double once they saw it was only two of us. The beds were too firm, the linens were clean crisp but not high thread count or soft, no top sheet on beds. Europeans do not have the same standard of living as us in the states. This wasn’t luxury stay this was sufficient and reasonable. The booking said breakfast was included right? Nope! Front desk gentleman had no idea what I was talking bout. They have a limited checkin time they are only available from 10am to 6pm, otherwise they charge for late checkin $30 euros, after 8pm. If you’re arriving outside those hours I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The hotel reception does the place no justice, it leaves a lot to be desired. Makes u feel like you’re staying in someone’s home not a hotel. The room was nice clean and really just fine for two nights. I would pony up for a more comfortable hotel in the future. But if price is a concern this is a fine option.

Nice place good location
Very nice place close to the train station. Only thing is beds could be a little more comfortable but it appears many Italian places are this way. Staff very accommodating.

Fair 4.0
Limited Front Desk Access
Room was tiny. On second floor with 1927 tiny elevator. Multiple trips to get luggage to room. No place to store luggage. Worst part was the limited hours for the front desk. Spent the first night in the airport because our plane was late and we had no way to contact the hotel. We couldn't enter the hotel because there was a secure entrance that we couldn't get past. The man we eventually talked to was very nice though.
