Nice place to stay
The apartment was comfortable and spacious. The neighborhood was good and convenient to the airport and parks. The pool wasn’t filled so I can’t speak to that. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony

A dump! should refund my money for that dump. Worse two night stay I have been anywhere in the world. How can your site even think about advertising this dump. The only thing of luxury was the view if other luxurious apartments because this was not one of them. Bedding and towels were changed once a week, the fridge Leaked, stains on the sofa. No staff on the week-ends, a late charge coming in after 7:00pm. the apartment looked liked it was clean with a dirty rag, should I go on? How are you going to compensate me for my displeasure? Oh yeah we were on the 9th floor and the balcony had no lock. I mean no fixture.

The Demaria is a wonderful place to stay. It is very close to all forms of transportation and the location is perfect if you want a quiet area to stay in. The staff is very helpful and the apartments are clean and very comfortable.

Great Apartment
This is NOT a hotel. It's an apartment and the check in/check out services are atypical. There is no room service and no maid services. My dad thought it was a hotel room and at first, was a little disappointed but we loved it. The rooms were perfect and the beds were extremely comfortable. It felt nice to be in a place that seemed more like a home than a room. The neighborhood was fantastic and the most important thing is that we felt safe. We had a travel agent that tried to get us to stay near the Obelisk but after visiting that area, I'm so happy we stayed in Palermo. The area near the Obelisk has seemed like a trap for tourists and you could tell that there's an element that makes it's not safe at night. Staying in Palermo felt like staying at the Upper West Side of Manhattan. There are plenty of little stores nearby where you can load up on supplies but there's a store just next to the apartment where you can load up on fantastic "fiambres". The only thing I would change was that the carpets in the room were white so you could see stains left by previous residents so I would suggest that they change the rugs but by no means does it suggest that the apartment was dirty. If you're looking for an apartment, I highly suggest you stay here.

Great Location, but not Luxury
Overall, my family and I had a pleasant stay at Demaria. The service was great, and the cleaning staff super friendly. The location was perfect for what we needed, with good access to restaurants, parks, and grocery stores. I think the name of the building is a bit misleading, however. It is not a luxury apartment building. While the apartment fit my family's needs, it definitely had a lot of wear and tear and the kitchen items were not the best. One of the closet doors didn't close, and we had some issues with the balcony too.
