No room for me when I arrived.
The hotel did not have a room for me when I arrived and put me in another hotel which I would not have chosen.

Overpriced
Friendly staff, nice room, old TV, room service food and breakfast made me ill, I suspect they served us food that already expired. Overall I think the hotel is okay, certainly overpriced.

Very nice stay in the historic center of Bogota
Located on the middle of the Candelaria historic center of Bogota. Completely new and modern. Nice view on the Periodista square (Plazza Bolivar) and on Montserrate. Two minutes from the Gold museum and all the other museums. Very convenient and safe to walk everywhere. People at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Across from the hotel a typical Colombian restaurant and many other restaurants. If we ever return to Bogota this will be the place to stay.

Conveniently located, near the Gold museum, hotel
We just had an overnight in Bogota, and wanted an hotel near the Museum of Gold. The hotel is really nicely built, very modern, although it was an inconvenient that the internet was basically not working and the room was cold, for which we got a heater, that ended up blowing a fuse, so we stayed overnight without light in the room. Other than that, great place, great breakfast, very close to the Museum.

View of Montserrat
the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was great. Location is excellent, a short walk to restaurants, museums and parks. Some guidebooks say Candalaria is a dangerous neighborhood, but we never felt that. A very good value and a good place to be based.
