Villa Kate Dadic, Dubrovnik

Good location about 20 min walk to the Old City. Less than a five minute walk to a bus stop. Host was great. Gave us a lot of information when we checked in. Room was clean and had a working AC. Kitchen available on the premises which was nice as we bought some local produce. Would recommend the property to anyone.

My friend and I stayed a couple of nights and we were very pleased with our choice. It is clean and comfortable, with a great terrace to sit and relax. You can walk to the old town in about 20 minutes, or the bus runs on the street below.

An exceptionally clean , well appointed property with outstanding facilities ; the fridge in the room was a nice touch . WIFI was reliable , en suite bathroom spotless and the owner friendly and knowledgeable. The location is almost equidistant from the old city and Lapad/ Gruz harbour , which is very useful for people who wish to explore the whole of greater Dubrovnik , but the 20 minute walk to Pile gate is a pleasant one anyway with stunning coastal views. The property does occupy an elevated position requiring the use of steps so it might not be suitable for people with mobility issues .

What a great place to stay. Tony, the owner greeted us and assisted us with knowing where the supermarket was, good restaurants, what bus and where to catch the bus into old town etc. He was so pleasant and helpful. Our room in the villa was clean and we were able to use the communal kitchen for cooking etc. The location was good. Thanks Tony for making our 5 night stay a pleasant one.

Very helpful. He told us everything we needed to know to get around and saved us a parking spot. Very convenient location - we could walk everywhere. Clean room. It was just a bit small. Thank you for everything!
