Great location, but not much else
I liked the location of the hotel, but was rather dissapointed with the pool (and I chose to stay at Olivia Balmes for the pool). The first time I went up, around 8 pm, there were some young guys finishing a bottle of wine by the pool and speaking very loudly (they seemed drunk). I also noticed that the chlorine level was rather high, so much so that is was uncomfortable to be in the pool. My son, who is 10 and for whom we chose a hotel with a pool, only went in once and did not like it because of the chlorine smell and the fact that it was very small (because of the loungers inside the water, you could not move inside it very comfortably, let alone swim). The shower was very tricky to get in and out of for a 10-year-old (as it was slippery). As such, I was not happy to pay almost 300Euros extra for the room upgrade for 5 nights (as we basically did not use the pool).

Olivia Balmes is a great place to stay.
The Olivia Balmes is a beautiful hotel. Amenities are excellent, and the staff couldn’t be nicer. They were so friendly and helpful. Location is very good. Will definitely come back!

Easter holiday
Location of the hotel is perfect, stuff is kind and helpful. The room was always clean but a bit small for 3 people. Gym is OK, I would loved to try the pool but the weather wasn't enough warm.
