Business Trip to Chichester - Good Backup Rooms
2 day business trip. Corporate booking tool showed all 5 properties in Chichester sold out so turned to Found this place and it worked out fine. Walking distance to train station which is where my office was so that was a plus. Biggest issue was no standing shower -- had to sit in tub and hold shower head and the mirror in bathroom was low for a 6'1" male trying to shave (had to squat to shave). The rooms are above a pub so that is a plus (drinks very close) and I liked it but others may not (some noise leaks upstairs). Very nice breakfast area off of pub in an glass enclosed atrium.

Excellent accommodation, location, staff and breakfast. Except for having to pay to park I really can’t fault it and will definitely be back!!

My stay: 27 January 2018
I was not happy with having been told by the manger that breakfast on a Sunday was from 7:00am until 10:00am when in fact I came down to learn that breakfast had finished at 9:00am. I also had to check out but there was no one there at the reception to help me check out straight away. It made me feel like I the customer was not a number one priority. The downside of pub accommodation. The room and the pub itself was great. Clean, comfortable and interesting.

Amazing customer service
Just the friendliest experience I've had staying away on business. Usually I'm just a suit and a small suitcase on wheels, but everyone here made me feel like a local. And the boss cooks a great fry up. 10 stars.
