Pousada esplendorosa, encravada na natureza, com serviço especialíssimo. Fomos tratados com primor por todo o corpo de funcionários. Desde o serviço do restaurante, com pratos deliciosos, ao aconchego de todos os ambientes, passando pelas trilhas, pela piscina de águas naturais, enfim, tudo da pousada é pensado para proposicional uma experiência fantástica. Eu não poderia ter ficado mais encantado.

O lugar é maravilhoso, Todas as piscinas com seu encanto e vale muito a pena um chalé com sua piscina privativa. Falta máquina de café / chaleira e etc nos quartos, considerando o preço da estadia. O atendimento e serviço são ótimos, e você é super bem recebido no Check In. O café da manhã é mediano e poderia ser BEM melhor. O restaurante do hotel é bom, mas nada extraordinário.

A pousada é um verdadeiro refúgio na natureza! Tudo muito bonito, bem cuidado e acolhedor. O ambiente transmite paz e aconchego, ideal para quem busca descanso. O destaque vai para o café da manhã, simplesmente sensacional: muitas opções preparadas na hora e, melhor ainda, sem horário fixo, o que nos permitiu aproveitar com calma. Tivemos apenas dois pontos que merecem atenção: o ofurô do quarto encheu além do ideal e não conseguimos esvaziá-lo facilmente, o que atrapalhou um pouco o uso. Além disso, as cortinas blackout estavam bastante mofadas, o que compromete a estética do quarto. Entendemos que, por estar em meio à natureza, o ambiente seja mais úmido, mas uma simples limpeza com solução de cloro resolveria o problema. Nada disso atrapalhou a estadia maravilhosa, mas são observações que, se corrigidas, deixariam a experiência ainda mais impecável.

Conhecemos essa pousada há mtos anos e ela sempre foi maravilhosa, mas infelizmente nao está mais assim. Falta manutenção ( chalé com cortinas manchadas e black-outs avariados.)Janela do chalé empenada( chalé 13) Cardápio restrito para nós que ficamos 5 dias.Só tem uma salada e sanduiche só queijo e mixto quente.Sopas , só duas. Café da manha deixando a desejar Enfim quem conheceu essa pousada como nós conhecemos que era um espetáculo, foi uma decepção.Palmas para a educacao dos funcionarios, todos prestativos e carinhosos.O que falta é uma boa administração, uma boa gerente. Ficamos tristes pois escolhi ir para lá no meu aniversário e nos decepcionamos. Mas valeu!!!!
