Ubud Padi Villas, Ubud

Amazing place. Nice and quiet surroundings. 10 minutes from Ubud with hotel shuttle. Very sweet and helpful staff. We had a lovely stay with an 8 months old baby.

We had the pool villa with a view of the rice terraces and it was absolutely beautiful! The villa has an outdoor bathroom, which was really nice... but be cautious at night as there can be a lot of insects when you are trying to shower. The room was great. The service was OK. When we arrived to check in it was before check in time and they were able to accommodate us (yay!) but the hotel itself is far from town and they have a free shuttle with very very limited times. We asked to rent a scooter which they said they can help us with, but after 30 mins they told us that they could not get us one. So we had to walk 40 minutes into town in the heat to get one. Another disappointment was we asked if they could help us to get transport to Gili islands- total RIP OFF! We paid double of what others had paid AND we had to wait two hours in the heat after checking out early bc supposedly our shuttle was going to arrive. It was a nightmare from then on- the overcrowded shuttle with no A/C, them hassling us to pay more for return boat (which we fought and refused) and the dated overpacked boat. Very disappointed in the hotels "partner", they should consider losing there number and finding someone better to connect their customers with!!

Amazing experience. Its so beautiful and service is beyond excellent. Must recommend for couples specially or even families. They take care of every tiny detail. Thank you for a great stay

We loved everything about our stay; from the lovely welcome in reception to our beautiful villa. We had a one bed villa with a valley outlook and unexpectedly the valley outlook was just as beautiful as the rice fields and felt like you were in another world. The villa was really private which made it romantic and relaxing. The food was incredible (who knew I'd have the best carbonara in Ubud?!), service excellent and wifi was really strong. It's down a long path which they take you by golf buggy and there's a few free shuttles to Ubud centre (15mins) - it would be great if there were a couple of extra free shuttles in the afternoon but it didn't cost much if we paid (70,000RPH)

we enjoyed our stay so much and nothing was to much for the staff of Ubud Padi Villas...they bent over backwards and kept on exceeding our expectations day by day...From the Spa treatments to the Food...The views over the Rice terraces..everything was almost as beautiful as the people that work here...passion...commitment...Thank you Agus and Team for making our Honeymoon in Ubud Super special!!!
