Good for the price
The property was great. The unit we stayed in was ok, the air conditioner did make a loud high pitched sound some which was annoying, and a couple times when we were coming back to the property, the workers at the front gate were kind of rude. If you want something away from the main stuff in Hot Springs, this is about a 20 minute drive.

Great stay
Everything was very comfortable and clean. The pool was great and we loved the entire stay. The only thing I didn’t love was the fact that we got multiple notifications to not turn the air conditioning lower than 74 to avoid freezing the units. It did get a little hot inside the unit since the temperature was nearly 100 outside.

Everything was great minus two issues. The microwave made a loud noise when operating and appeared that the revolving tray was broke. Second issue was the sofa bed. It was completely unacceptable to sleep on and should not be listed as an option. I believe it was the one specific to the unit (60b) as I have never seen one in such bad shape. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

An amazing honeymoon!!
We stayed here for our honeymoon last weekend and it was awesome. We had an issue when we arrived because our ac wasnt working and we called Andrya and she worked with us and figured out the issue and moved us into a room with a working ac within 20 minutes. The room was awesome! Plenty of room. Loved the bathroom!! My husband loved the balcony!! We loved having a full kitchen and I'm sure during the winter time the fireplace comes in handy. The drive to down town hot springs was not that bad at all. We like that we were in a gated community and you had to have a pass to get in. We will definitely stay here again.
