Apesar da pandemia, o hotel conseguiu fornecer todos os serviços esperados com o devido cuidado com limpeza e distanciamento social. Única recomendação: retomar o serviço do jantar através de buffet ou melhorar a experiência a la carte. Para quem já viveu a experiência tradicional, o serviço a la carte deixou a desejar. Mas a estadia foi excelente!
