There were roaches and spiders in the room and the bathroom had dirty towels. The only reason I stayed this time, is because there are no other decent hotels in that area.

Not too bad for an overnight stay
Bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean with plenty of towels. Room had an odor like stale cigarettes. Carpet was stained. Their breakfast was pretty good with lots of options. We would stay there again.
