T.here is no elevator. The water of the “jacuzzi” needed to be clean. There was a cigarette butt in my room’s balcony that was not picked up. I do not smoke. The clerk made no attempt to help carry my luggage, instead he gave me directions to my room located in the third floor.

Nice, colorful room on first floor, although the window had a staircase in front and the room was dark. The hotel is steps from the beach in a quiet sector close to restaurants. The pool was empty, being fixed but Expedia advertised it as part of the deal.

Well let’s say after seeing the picture on hotel.com I was super excited but Reality was not as seen. And since there is no cancellation after booking. Well I had to stay. They were redoing the pool. Bed it’s mediocre but hey that’s Mexico. lady at breakfast was super nice.

I liked that they had a good view from the roof. The restaurant food was good. Service in the restaurant was slow. For the price we paid the bathroom had one hand towel, no tissue or hair dryer. No telephone to call the front desk when we had problems with the air conditioner.
