New luxury hotel in Beirut in Excellent Location
The rooftop is to die for and the location makes it walking distance to everything. It's near a major road but with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within a 5 minute walk. The hotel is pretty new and is very comfortable.

Good Room, bad neighbour, unprofessional staff
The staff are really a problem for this hotel. Unfortunately they are pathetic and unprofessional. During my first day i requested to change the room as the room was overlooking on opposite building janitor room, who was roaming around in underwear. They simply denied without even bothering themselves with my problem, saying we can’t change the room. Although I booked executive room !!!! Oops, not a good start but Ok I can survive with my underwear neighbour. After that I requested an iron and finally after my third call the guy came but after i had to wear my wrinkle shirt anyway. The AC frequently turn off and sometimes you need to call them so they switch it on for your room. After I complaint on 'hotels.com', the hotel manager Mr Ali called me expressing his deep apologies and even offered me a free upgrade which i politely decline as we already booked rest of stay in another hotel but this was a nice gesture. Unfortunately the hotel is right next to a bridge, a construction site and my room was overlooking janitor accommodation. As you walk around nothing to see but buildings, and you in some parts you can smell the rubbish left in the street. Another negative point is that the hotel is quite expensive comparing to other hotels i stayed in Beirut. I visited this nice city for 6 times before and stayed in cheaper and better hotels.

Heart of Beirut
Hotel is amazing, small and intimate. The staff are really friendly and give a you a more personal touch, very helpful to tell you where to go and what to do. Great service for breakfast and the room on the 10th is beautifully decorated and cozy. Sadly the pool wasnt in service but it wasnt an issue for us. Would recommend staying here no problem. Rooms are very modern and have everything you could ever need.
