Great Value
Hotel Staff were great. The location is great ... you are in a great section of town for dining and walking distance (or short cab or subway ride) to many sites. The rooms are very small, but clean and efficient. Great breakfast! If you want space, then this is not the place. But if you plan to be out and about, then this is the place.

Great hotel, great location
Hotel was great, the staff was so helpful. Room had everything we needed, including water in the refrigerator, hair dryer and every toiletry that you might need. 2 minute walk from the train station, lots of great restaurants and bars all around the hotel.

It's a nice hotel, and resonable room size for Tokyo (which is to say small by western standards). Hotel staff were pleasant and the hotel is well-maintained. Only down-side was the continental breakfast. The lobby was rather cramped, and that's where one took one's meal. Also, there was a cage of birds in the lobby. I could smell the birds and the fragrance used to mask it--not very appetizing.

Room too small
The room was way to small and cramped for 3 people. Staff were very hospitable. We would not stay here again due to the size of the room.
