ECFA Hotel-Kunming, Taipei

The hotel not easy to find but very near to Ximending shopping area. Overall ok

Great location and good place to stay in with reasonable price,10min walk to Ximen station and zimending.

Good location, but room small even though I booked the room for 4 pax. Check in is fast and good service

The hotel was a little difficult to find but otherwise it is within a great location near mrt and shopping areas and room is new and comfortable. :)

The room description stated separate rooms but in reality, both beds are in the same room, just a bit longer than a double room. When we approached the receptionist lady about this, she did not want to take our feedback at all and demanded us to direct our request to Hotels.com, saying this is not the responsibility of the hotel. That dampened our first few hours of the family trip soon after we arrived in Taipei. The walls in the hotel are very thin. We stayed on the same floor as reception, we basically hear everyone who comes in and out, shuts every door, walks up every step to the above floor., we also hear the washing machine and tumble dryer on the same floor. Toilet in the room is almost transparent to the room like a fish bowl. There are only 2 things we are happy about the hotel, location and laundry facilities but you still need to fight for it.
